Why isn't the punch status synchronized to the record after being approved?

Only the template added through the indicated method supports synchronization to the punch record.
For approval templates that can be synced, there will be a corresponding mark in the upper right corner on the “Template Settings” page.

2. The start/end time of the approval application is not within the regular work hours

If the start/end time of the “leave”, “business trip” and “offsite” application is not within the regular work hours, or the punch records are normal, which renders the approval form pointless, the approval result implements no calibration and will not be displayed in the daily and monthly punch reports.

3. The calibrated status can only be seen from the admin console.

The punch records on mobile are the original records. The calculated records can only be found in the daily and monthly punch reports.

4. Exceeding the time limit

Time limit does not apply for a leave requested in advance;
If you ask for a leave after taking a vacation whose start time is more than 30 days from the approval, and the vacation has taken longer than 30 days, the part exceeding 30 days cannot be calibrated.
